Prayer Requests

Would a prayer help?

Prayer connects you with God and with others who care. When you submit a prayer request to us, it is shared with our prayer circle. With thoughtful intent, they will begin to pray for you. You may submit your prayer anonymously if ou wish.

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. -- Philippians 4:6-7

This is a version of the five-step Daily Examen that St. Ignatius practiced. To find out more about this daily practice of prayer, click How Can I Pray? on the Ignatian Spirituality website.

1. Become aware of God’s presence.

2. Review the day with gratitude.

4. Choose one feature of the day and pray from it.

5. Look toward tomorrow.
