Christine Thomas grew up on a farm in northwestern Illinois and moved to Logan County in 1983, when she married her husband, Bill. They’ve called Atlanta, Illinois, and Eminence Christian Church their homes since 1984. They have three adult children: Rachel (John) Neisler, Grace (Ronald) Childs, and Noah. They also enjoy two grandsons (Talin, age 5, and Abel, 1 year). Before joining the staff here, Chris worked for Lincoln Christian University, Heartland Community College, Eureka Vacuum Cleaners, Horace Mann Insurance, and a healthcare marketing firm in East Peoria. For fun and relaxation, Chris enjoys gardening, baking, sewing, reading, music, and Zumba fitness.
